In my formative years, I found a passion for storytelling, captivating friends and family with characters and the worlds they inhabit. Simultaneously, I pursued an understanding of technology, tinkering with gadgets and unraveling digital mysteries.
Following a decade in the service industry, where I honed my interpersonal skills, I pursued higher education focusing on Game Design and Business Development. Little did I know, this would be the stepping stone to my involvement in NFC’s inception in 2016, eventually ascending to a partner role in 2019.
Nowadays, my focus lies in crafting efficient systems for managing and communicating information in daily operations. It’s a blend of my diverse background—writing, tech-savviness, and a knack for business—that allows me to streamline processes and drive success in today’s fast-paced world.

In 1990, I embarked on my career in sales within the transportation industry, starting with a small trucking company located in Jessup, MD. It was during this time that I was introduced to Landstar. By 1991, I transitioned into becoming a broker agent. This pivotal experience laid the foundation for my subsequent years of expertise in logistics. Over the course of this journey, I witnessed numerous technological advancements and shifts in the industry landscape.
Despite the changes over the years, one constant has remained: a steadfast commitment to addressing customer needs through exemplary service and ensuring the safety of their deliveries. Initially, I operated by arranging individual loads with various carriers, but over time, the concept of Direct Connect Service emerged. Creating solutions that enhance sustainable growth is my continued focus.
